Wingtra’s world-class sales team is looking to capitalise on a momentum that comes with being the World’s fastest growing fixed-wing drone manufacturer in the surveying and mapping market. The company is looking for a motivated and hungry Account Executive in Australia & New Zealand to expand our footprint in the local market.

This is a high-energy position, requiring high flexibility, and proactive and persistent interactions with clients. You will have the unique chance to be part of the emerging drone industry and become an expert on various applications. Overachieving in this role will result in consistent growth within the Sales team!

This role can be pursued remotely from any Australian & New Zealand region.


  • As an Account Executive, you will manage existing distribution partnerships across the region as well as close direct business together with our distributors and dealers
  • You will develop sales strategies to expand Wingtra’s footprint in the market
  • You will empower our partners by supporting them to generate B2B sales leads, do product demonstrations, close deals end-to-end
  • Being a strong promoter of our product and brand on the target market
  • Organize and travel to roadshows, customer meetups and tradeshows
  • Learn about customer use cases and market opportunities and post-process customer learnings for Wingtra’s strategy development
  • Create and maintain customer data in CRM tools (Hubspot)


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both selling and building lasting relationships with distribution partners
  • Comfortable driving both large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and dynamically closing smaller faster-paced inbound opportunities
  • Strong business acumen and comfort with establishing relationships with senior-level executives in enterprise-level companies
  • Fast learner and well structured
  • Persuasive, independent, at ease negotiating and developing trust
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%)
  • Tech savviness working with Hubspot or other CRM and communication tools
  • Fluent knowledge of a regional language


  • Experience in geospatial technologies, remote sensing, and/or drone industries
  • Existing network in the surveying, mining, waste management, engineering, earthworks or construction industries
