Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Agricultural Account Executive with a strong background in agriculture to join our sales team. This role involves managing client relationships in the agricultural sector, presenting and demonstrating our innovative drone technology, and contributing to the company's sales objectives. This position is a mix of maintaining existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation.


  • Manage and nurture current client relationships within the agricultural sector, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows.
  • Learn and master knowledge about our offered products and effectively communicate these to potential clients.
  • Present and demonstrate drone products at demonstrations, trade shows, and potentially in company videos.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and identify new markets.
  • Provide regular sales reports, including deal status and client feedback to the sales manager.


  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred, or similar experience.
  • Solid background in agriculture is essential.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the agricultural or drone technology industry.
  • Strong sales skills, including negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a willingness to continually learn about new products.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Flexibility to travel for trade shows, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
  • Comfortable appearing in company videos for product demonstrations and promotions.
