We are looking for a Commercial and Sales Management recent graduate to join our company. The ideal candidate will participate in our growth in the consulting area specialized in RAMS engineering in the aeronautical and aerospace sector by tackling new business opportunities, being in permanent contact with current and potential clients and improving the customer growth strategy for B2B software specialized in engineering (robinrams.com) as well as other related projects in the Aerospace and Defense sector. The candidate will also support the achievement of competitive intelligence on the targeted market / peer companies and will contribute to the marketing and communication strategy development and activities.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize and analyze market data such as potential customer company lists and market segmentation, financial data from leads, market growth estimates.
  • Participate as a team member in all phases of the sales funnel, from prospection (cold calls, introductory emails), building vision (meetings with potential customers), RFP/RFQ (proposal/quotation according to customer requirements) to contract negotiation for both consulting engineering projects, contractor positions and software products.
  • Bring ideas to the strategy for customer retention, repurchase and referral.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the Aeronautics and Aerospace market and develop effective strategies to empower growth.
  • Build strong relationships with current and potential customers, maintain active communication, and follow up regularly.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to identify and present compelling business proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Participate in relevant industry meetings and events to generate contacts and promote the company brand.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and practices in commercial activities.

    Skills & Qualifications
  • Recent Graduate of Master’s degree in Commercial and Sales Management, with a clear interest on international B2B sales in Tech market.
  • Proactive and self-confident individual, capable to manage conf-calls with C-Level managers and Technical experts from aerospace companies.
  • Interest in the technological sector, ideally passionate about aircraft, space and/or drone industries.
  • Language skills: proficient in English both written and spoken, knowledge of German will be appreciated. Catalan and Spanish languages valued.
  • Experience in the usage of CRM and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning, management and business development.
