The Data & Customer Experience Manager (Data Team Lead) will be responsible for:

Primary Duties

  • Assisting with the daily editing and delivery administration of construction photography and videography content produced in daily UAS (drone) operations.
  • Assisting with creating and delivering daily compiling of pipeline inspection reports.
  • Assisting with daily creation of methane, OGI, and hyperspectral payload reporting (training available).
  • Assisting with creation, measurement, and delivery of aerial mapping and distribution of those files on cloud storage and services like ESRI ArcGIS Online.
  • Management of the Jr. Data Technician data analytics team and workload.
  • Training Jr. Data Technician new hires on data processing and data workflow.
  • Management of data ingest, workflow, and archival strategies and the recurring training of all data and operations team members to ensure those strategies are being executed in practice (both in the field and during processing).
  • Coordination with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables to customers.
  • Implementation and improvement of data workflow and archiving strategies.
  • Communication with customers for inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Product improvement (in collaboration with the CEO) for current and future service lines.
