The Enterprise Account Executive at Auterion will play a key role in driving the customer journey from qualification to close. This position involves establishing relationships with new OEMs, and managing existing clients to achieve sales targets. The role demands excellence at creating and nurturing professional relationships, strong sales acumen, and the ability to quarterback deals from start to finish, both inside and outside the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Sales Execution: Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
  • Prospecting: Actively reach out to prospects across assigned book of business, working closely with Marketing and BDR teams for support on account based engagements.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned OEM (and government agencies) to secure both repeat and new business.
  • Product and Market Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Auterion's products as it pertains to customer needs, as well as keeping up to date on the autonomous software industry and key competitive intelligence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with GTM & Program Management teams to validate technical requirements and assist on pilot or implementation projects.
  • Negotiation and Closure: Skillfully negotiate and close enterprise deals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in technology or software sales, with a bonus for experience in the autonomous systems or drone industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas in a high growth organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively listen, uncover pain points, and communicate value to customers.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
