Currently, we are looking for a Head of IT (m/w/d) to join our Team.

What You’ll Do:

  • You are significantly responsible for the administrative set-up, further development and management of our technical infrastructure and all related processes within the entire office.
  • You are the first point of contact for our employees in all technical and IT-related enquiries and develop a system or similar process for the efficient handling of technical enquiries.
  • You are responsible for various IT projects, such as the implementation of an ERP and ticketing system.
  • You act as a contact person for external service providers.
  • You support the continuous development and optimisation of business processes and are the direct contact person for the management.
  • You ensure compliance with all legal guidelines and requirements regarding IT operations (DSGVO among other things).
  • You will build a highly motivated IT team consisting of IT application, IT user service and IT infrastructure.

What You’ll Need:

  • You have completed an IT-oriented apprenticeship (IT specialist in system integration/IT system electronics technician) or a degree in IT informatics/business informatic.
  • You have several years of professional experience in IT support and system administration and have already set up technical infrastructures independently - ideally in an agile and fast-growing start-up environment.
  • You have initial experience as a manager/decision-maker in the relevant specialist area as well as experience as a project manager.
  • You are an expert in handling the common operating systems of Windows, Linux, iOs and Mac OS.
  • You are communicative, open and convincing with your friendly manner and always react calmly and understandingly to enquiries and even unforeseen problems do not put you off your stride.
  • You are characterised by a pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working, you like to take responsibility and you work independently and in a structured way.
  • You are also enthusiastic about unfamiliar topics and can quickly familiarise yourself with them.
  • Your German skills are almost native and you speak and fluent English, which you use for smooth communication
