CRISALION Mobility is looking for a new Innovation Project Manager.

This hybrid position is based in Madrid with flexible remote and office working.


Your mission is to manage and oversee innovative projects, ensuring they align with the strategic goals of the organisation. This includes supporting grant acquisition activities and adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines to drive the successful progress and completion of innovation projects.

Main Responsibilities/Challenges:

  • Research and analyze market to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Project management of calls for tenders and relations with the Government Agencies and Stakeholders.
  • Analysis of tender documents for the evaluation of the conditions required procurement procedures.
  • Drafting of technical and economic offers in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender documents.
  • Project management: Plan, execute, and oversee innovation projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery.
  • Support scope updates and modifications to on-going projects.
  • Manage subcontractor to include quality, timeliness, and budget on deliverables.
  • Lead and/or support preparation and execution of innovation stage gate reviews.
  • Coordinate project communications ensuring team, customer, and stakeholders are kept informed of status.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement, lessons, and risk avoidance for future work.


  • Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering or business administration.
  • 5+ years of experience as innovation / research project management.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently.
  • Able to carry out multiple tasks as assigned on a variety of subject areas.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to lead team to success (ability to influence);
  • Drives for results and meets objectives.
  • Strong planning and organization skills.

Specific Knowledge

  • knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge and skill of project scheduling and cost management.

Desirable knowledge:

  • Advanced degree in Project Management
  • Understanding of financials (relationship of sales, margin and OE)
