Swisscom is looking for a new Organisation Design Expert.

As an Organisation Design Expert, you will be responsible for creating the design of the Swisscom organisations and building an internal service for organisational design in collaboration with them. As an expert, you will provide the business with support in the design of effective organisational structures and forms of collaboration. Together with a small team and a large network, you will provide advice to senior management on organisational design issues and assist with the implementation of transformation projects. You will keep abreast of current developments, utilise new technologies and employ systemic approaches to continuously enhance Swisscom standards and tools for organisational design and collaboration.

Other job responsibilities:

  • Guidance and support in introducing new organizational structures and collaboration methods based on classical or lean-agile principles
  • Optimisation of the value stream and focus on the entrepreneurial impact of organisational development projects
  • Development of Swisscom-wide standards and principles for Organisational Design within the team

Your profile:

  • Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Psychology or similar fields or equivalent experience
  • Several years of experience in organisational design and/or implementing transformation projects and organisational development; ICT expertise is advantageous, affinity is required
  • Extensive knowledge of collaboration methods, particularly lean-agile methods and systemic approaches
  • Fluent in German and English; French is advantageous
