Role and responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Drive innovation within FlytBase’s design framework, integrating new methods and technologies.
  • Redesign IA and key interfaces for critical systems, focusing on simplicity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure designs align with broader company objectives.
  • Push boundaries with experimental designs, incorporating elements of game design, frame design, and advanced automation.



Experience and skills:

  • Expert proficiency in design tools like Figma
  • In-depth knowledge of UI/UX principles, design systems, and user-centered design
  • Strong conceptual and system thinking, with the ability to tackle complex design challenges
  • High attention to detail and a strategic approach to decision-making
