  • Become main contact in all technical matters for key partners of Wingtra worldwide
  • Answer customer support requests and investigate technical issues using Hubspot
  • Support customers with photogrammetry, coordinate systems, GNSS and post-processed kinematics
  • Do technical onboarding and consulting for customers remotely
  • Ensure best in class customer support experience
  • Write technical documentation and manuals
  • Ensure effective communication with team members worldwide, both in face to face meetings as well as in video conferences
  • Support the sales team in deal closing stage and during sales demos
  • Support the marketing team in creation of show case material
  • Travel to customers for presale projects, trainings, and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with our engineers in Zurich to solve the most difficult robotics and geodetics problems


  • University Degree or equivalent degree in a technical field
  • 1+ years’ experience in technical support or sales of a technical product
  • Outgoing and proactive personality, willingness to motivate team members and create an enjoyable work atmosphere
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast and challenging work environment
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluency in English
  • Honest, humble and self-motivated


  • Experience with a modern CRM/ticket system such as Zendesk or Hubspot
  • Startup experience
  • Experience in the drone, robotics, surveying/GIS industry, or surveying/ drone software product
  • International work experience and experience in distributed/remote teams
  • German, French
