Looking for a Verification and Validation Engineer who can plan and coordinate multiple flight activities at different locations. You will be the key source in planning the Flights from Ground Planning to Flight completion including development activities based on the observed limitations of the technology and would have an opportunity to directly collaborate with Multiple Pilots, R&D Engineers, V&V Engineers, and other Stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and execution of development flight tests activities
- Flight data collection, analysis, and report generation
- Planning and execution of verification and validation activities in coordination with the design engineers.
- Documentation of tests, report generation of internal and external tests in coordination with the design engineer.
- Project Requirements Management, Engineering Verification For Functions And requirements.
- To take active involvement in troubleshooting, debugging field failures and RCA
Skills:
- Knowledge of V&V processes and procedures
- Understanding of Test standards and protocols like JSS, MIL, JSG, IS, AS etc.
(Preferable)
- UAV piloting as per the project/organizational requirements
- Strong documentation and record keeping
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- DGCA Pilot certification (Preferable)
- A minimum of 1-2 Years of Experience in the Drone industry.
- Experience with product testing and process analysis.
- The ability to communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing.
